I can't login into my download area and/or the .zip files I downloaded are corrupt... PLEASE HELP!
Don't Panic! We guarantee to get you your purchased product files regardless of how long it takes for you to download them.
Make sure all the information you are entering at our registration links are EXACTLY as they appear. Though note with some Guitar Center receipts print out may confusingly state zero instead of an O, or lowercase L insetad of uppercase i for example.
Both your PASSCODE you receive by placing your order, and the username/password combination generated after the initial registration are case-sensitive. If you enter any of this information incorrectly it will reset the page, lock out your passcode and give warning.
You will be emailed your permanent login information once your passcode has been registered. This email will be from firstname.lastname@example.org so please check your Junk/Spam folders for if e-mail isn't diretced to your Inbox.
Once you have this information you will be able to login to your user account at http://users.drumclassroom.net
In your user account you will see a link for SSD4, click on that and you will be taken to the download page where you can download all of you files.
Please note, we recommened downloading one file at a time on a wired (not wireless) Internet conection to prevent corruption.

I have very low speed for downloading the item for Mac. My internet speed is fast enough and I was able to download SSD for Windows immediately. Why does that happen with the Mac version?
If you received the CD version in the mail and the CD doesn't work, are you able to download the file online?
why in the world is there not a tech line to call?
I am unable to get the VCC & RC Tube to show up in cubase or wave-lab or in fact on the computer at all not even in the control panel to uninstall. The VTM tape Machine is working fine off the chain product. I had the two working in 32 bit we updated the computer and purchase via Sweetwater Music. Please help Demo's Sounded Great that's why went for the purchase, went 64 bit not functioning...
