Steven Slate Drums is sold directly from our website and by resellers and distributors worldwide.  To order direct, click the store tab at www.stevenslatedrums.com. There, you can order digital downloads of SSD4 Platinum, SSD4 EX, and SSD4 Custom.

You can click the resellers tab at our site to see a list of international distributors to learn about what stores near you carry our products.  Also, our software is available at Sweetwater, Guitar Center, Musician’s Friend, and Sam Ash music stores.

Well I submitted a support ticket this morning and had a response and a fix within 2 hours. I think that's good customer service, especially compared to many of the big companies.
