iLok on Windows 7
Question
My iLok is not working or working intermitantly with Windows 7.
Answer
Windows 7 by default sleeps network cards when they are not in use.
iLok uses the network controllers mac address to authenticate, so when the card goes to sleep so does the iLok.
To fix this issue please follow these instructions.
Disable any third party networking programs you may have, i.e. Firewalls, Anti-Virus Software, Third Party Network Drivers.
Open Network and Sharing Center (click the Start button, type Network and Sharing in the Start Search box, and press Enter).
Click the Change adapter settings link in the upper left of the navigation pane.
Right click the ethernet network connection and select Properties
Click Configure.
On the Power Management tab, clear the Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power check box.
When cleared, power management is disabled on the network adapter and the iLok will be able to access it.

i do the thing for the disable power management is disabled on the network adapter. i have a lapstop so i do it in the wifi adapter and in the ethernet (disabled). but i sill canīt do the process to the license in the ilok page. i try many times

Please don't remove or insert your iLoks until the process completes.
The Active-X component that talks to your iLok was not initialized.
If your ilok.com client software was installed before June 4th, 2008, you need to update your client software by visiting this page to download a software update.
If you have updated your software, but there is currently a security warning at the top of your browser window from Internet Explorer that you need to click on the warning and let the Active-X component load. After clearing the warning, Try your ilok.com operation again.
i bought this trigger program and now im intro a darkness. please help me

I just got done working through this problem and it has to do with your browser. You need to use Firefox 3.6 If you contact iLok support they will get back to you ASAP with a link to the proper version.
